The woman behind the moon.

Your practitioner

I found massage the way most people do. I needed it.

Years ago, my own body was carrying more than it could hold. A single honest hour on a practitioner's table changed what I thought rest could be. I trained so I could give that hour to other people.

My work draws on deep-tissue and relaxation techniques, but the method matters less than the attention. I work slowly. I listen to what you tell me, and to what your body tells me. No two sessions are the same, because no two days in a body are the same.

I named this practice for the moon because that's the pace I believe healing keeps: steady, cyclical, unforced. You don't wrench yourself into wellness. You return to it, a little at a time, the way the tide returns.

The studio is quiet, warm, and yours for the hour. Come as you are.

How the hour is held.

Listening first

Every session begins with a conversation. You'll be listened to before you're ever touched. I listen to what you say, and to what your body says.

Deep tissue, soft pace

Trained in deep-tissue and relaxation techniques, blended to whatever your body is asking for on the day. The method serves the attention, never the reverse.

Unhurried by design

A full hour on the table, held at the moon's pace. Steady, cyclical, unforced. Nothing is rushed, arriving and leaving included.

Ready when you are.

No payment online. You pay in person, after your session.
